Refund and Returns Policy – SajuGuju

At SajuGuju, we strive to provide our customers with premium health and beauty products along with excellent customer service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or refund a product, and we have established the following policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers.

Requirement for a Valid Return:

To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, or order confirmation email.

Valid conditions and reasons to return an item:

  • Delivery of wrong product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will gladly accept the return.
  • Delivery of defective product: If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended, we will accept the return.
  • Delivery of products with missing parts: If the product you received is missing parts, accessories, or components, we will accept the return and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
  • Incorrect content/misinformation: If the product you received does not match the description, ingredients list, or information provided at the time of purchase, we will accept the return.
  • Expired or near-expiry products: If you receive a product that is expired or has less than 3 months until expiration (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase), we will accept the return.
  • Sealed products with broken seals: If you receive a sealed health or beauty product with a broken or tampered seal, we will accept the return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please note: The original image of the product may not be the same as depicted in the web image due to unavailability or packaging updates. Return/replacement warranty may not apply in this specific case if the product content and quality remain the same.

Return/Refund Warranty Does Not Apply Under the Following Conditions:

  • Damaged due to misuse of the product: If the product is damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or not following the instructions provided, the return/refund warranty will not apply.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product: If the product is damaged as a result of a malfunction or failure that causes damage to other items, the return/refund warranty will not apply to those incidental damages.
  • Any consumable item that has been used or opened: Once a consumable item (such as supplements, cosmetics, skincare products, or personal care items) has been used, opened, or its seal broken, it is not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC/batch numbers: If the product’s serial, UPC, or batch numbers have been tampered with, removed, or are missing, the return/refund warranty will not apply.
  • Damaged by wet floor/wall or pouring of liquid: If the product is damaged due to contact with wet surfaces, liquid spillage, or improper storage conditions, the return/refund warranty will not apply.
  • Any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty: If the damage or defect is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, the return/refund warranty will not apply.
  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance: Products purchased during special promotional sales, clearance events, or marked as “final sale” may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective.
  • Change of mind or personal preference: Returns based solely on change of mind, dislike of fragrance, color preference, or personal taste are not accepted for hygiene products and consumables.
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity: We cannot accept returns due to allergic reactions or skin sensitivity, as individual reactions vary. Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

Return Timeline:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned to us within 14 days of initiating the return request.
  • Products returned after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Refund Policy:

Our Quality Assurance & Control department usually takes 10-15 business days to process your refund from the date of receiving the returned product.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must include:

  • The original brand packaging and seals (unopened)
  • Original labels and tags attached
  • Any applicable kits, accessories, or packets
  • Original proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

For any component missing due to customer error or user fault, a partial refund may be applicable, which will be determined by our Quality Control department.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket).
  • Bank transfer fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Policy:

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will gladly exchange the product for:

  • The same product (if available in stock)
  • A different product of equal or greater value
  • Store credit for future purchases

Return Shipping:

  • For defective, damaged, or wrong products, SajuGuju will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Processing Your Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team through the contact page or email us at sajuguju.com.bd@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Pack the product securely with all original contents
  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our team
  6. Once received, our QC team will inspect the product
  7. Refund or replacement will be processed accordingly

Please note: SajuGuju reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the return conditions and requirements are not met, or if the returned product is deemed ineligible for return/refund based on the policy mentioned above.

Due to the nature of health and beauty products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. All returns must comply with these standards to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
